The ConfTool submission system was availabe from January 1st - April 1st, 2019. The conference registration is now open via ConfTool.

Online Registration will be only available until August 26th! After this date, you will only be able to register at the conference via EC card (no cash!)

Please note: During registration, you will be redirected to the TU Chemnitz webshop to order/purchase your conference tickets, conference dinner and lunch vouchers. You will be able to print out your registration confirmation and invoices via the TU Chemnitz webshop and not via ConfTool.

Conference Fees

The deadline for Early Bird registration is June 15, 2019. After this date, regular pricing applies. The fee includes full access to all conference talks, keynotes, and podium discussions as well as coffee breaks. It does not include lunch or the conference dinner, which can be booked for additional 7,50 EUR (lunch) and 50 EUR (dinner).
